How do we pay for our care services?

Invoices are submitted weekly for the care provided. A member of Universal Care NY handles payroll for our staff. Companions should NOT receive payments directly.

What happens if our regular companion is not available ?

Our Programm is designed to provide trained coverage for your loved one. If your regular companion needs a day off, we guarantee a replacement. Your loved ones will never be left alone.

How will my companion get to work?

At Universal Care NY, we coordinate closely with our team to ensure reliable and timely arrival for every shift.

How soon can we start service?

Our services can be provided within hours of your request. Once services are booked we build a Plan of Care that will help us match your loved one with the right caregiver.
